The FAL SA in Toulouse is reinventing its Quality Assurance.
Quality Assurance's mission is to:
- guarantee compliance with the requirements of the Authority in order to preserve production approval,
- ensure the application of international standards for which Airbus is certified,
- check the correct implementation of the processes and procedures defined by our Organization.
These missions aim to maintain the Quality and Safety of our aircraft in order to ensure the satisfaction of our customers as well as the sustainable industrial performance of our Company.
The Quality Assurance service covers the FAL and the A320 Customer Line. Tomorrow, it will also covers the FAL A321 installed in the Lagardère site.
To carry out this perspective, the Quality Assurance Department is looking for a POM rep Production Process verification for SA FAL and Customer Line in Toulouse.
You will :
Contribute actively to Process Management Team (PMT) meetings,
Meet regularly with Process Operational Managers to capture process improvement opportunities.
Communicate to Operational Managers on follow-up of actions taken at Process level.
Deploy effectively process evolutions by adapting contents to your local area.
Use awareness sessions, webinars, Hub communities to explain process changes in your area.
Act as « Voice of Operators » in the PMT meetings, and as « Voice of Process » in the Operational meetings.
In close collaboration with Manufacturing Engineer service, you will guarantee the relevant relevant deployment in FAL SA.
In parallel, you will also manage the Quality Criteria in order to deliver on time and on quality deliverables expected by our function.
You are responsible for managing the subcontracted work-packages that allow you to successfully complete your mission.
In the frame of preparing the future, you also have close ties with the FAL A321 plateau team in order to develop the future on this new line.
