About Us:

Supply Engineering Front Desk is part of AIRBUS customer support, and more specifically AIRTAC, the 24/7 AOG (Aircraft On Ground) support for the entire AIRBUS fleet. In this position, you will join a transnational team that is committed to ensuring complete customer satisfaction by interacting with various other teams to solve the problems that customers face.

What we are doing:

Within the framework of the Airbus Customer Services policy and processes, Supply Engineering Front Desk is integrated in Customer Care Centre Operations organization and is responsible to coordinate activities linked to supply spares for AOG event resolution on Airbus fleet operations for all Programs.

What will you manage:

As AOG Supply Engineering support functions, this team is expected to:

  • Ensure coordination End to End of spares solutions for AOG events resolution, on all programs, covering structural, systems and multi-ATA events, from preliminary analysis of availability up to logistic tracking up to corresponding Customer premise.
  •  Ensure priority accuracy of AOG events with CODs (Customer Order Desk) and other sources by linking Customer spares queries and Engineering queries
  • Support internal escalation for any spares solutions issues (spare AOG, out of stock...)
  • Ensure all spares solutions are investigated within complete network of potential sources and propose best spare option(s) to Customer
  • Ensure feedback loop on spare anticipation and spare alternative solutions based on spare AOG Return of Experience with CODs or other sources (ARC process)
  • Support investigation on part interchangeability
  • Manage spare performances on AOG technical event and feedback to Airbus relevant functions to ensure performance recovery of OEM vendors

This function shall be able to coordinate with the different contributor’s Customer Care Center, Production Interface teams, Procurement, Satair, Vendors and FHS.

 

Profil du candidat

Your Boarding Pass:

  • Engineering degree or equivalent
  • Advanced level in English
  • experience in an airline would be a big plus
