Supply Engineering Front Desk is part of AIRBUS customer support, and more specifically AIRTAC, the 24/7 AOG (Aircraft On Ground) support for the entire AIRBUS fleet. In this position, you will join a transnational team that is committed to ensuring complete customer satisfaction by interacting with various other teams to solve the problems that customers face.
What we are doing:
Within the framework of the Airbus Customer Services policy and processes, Supply Engineering Front Desk is integrated in Customer Care Centre Operations organization and is responsible to coordinate activities linked to supply spares for AOG event resolution on Airbus fleet operations for all Programs.
What will you manage:
As AOG Supply Engineering support functions, this team is expected to:
This function shall be able to coordinate with the different contributor’s Customer Care Center, Production Interface teams, Procurement, Satair, Vendors and FHS.
